TALE Lab presentations as the Society for Applied Research in Memory and Cognition (SARMAC) Conference in Nagoya, Japan
Two former TALE Lab members, Sydney Jawitz and Justine Johnson-Yurchak, present their work in Japan at SARMAC
The TALE Lab was well-represented at SARMAC in Japan! There were three separate presentations. Sydney gave a paper presentation in a symposium about emotional and imagery content in young and older adults autobiographical memories and future projections, and the link to wellbeing outcomes in a Trinidadian sample. Justine gave a poster presentation linking cognitive processes, pronoun use, and emotional expression in written narratives about the Covid-19 pandemic. Dr. Albada gave a paper presentation in a symposium about experiments on the teaching and learning function of autobiographical stories.
