Amy Tran

Amy is a fourth year Biopsychology major and Poverty, Inequalities, and Social Justice minor at UCSB. After graduation, she hopes to pursue a career in healthcare, specifically serving underserved communities. She is interested in investigating how cultural differences affect the psychosocial well-being of individuals. In the TALE Lab she will be working on ethnic identity as expressed in autobiographical memories and well-being outcomes. Her other interests in psychology include social implications of autism, mindfulness/burnout in college students, and neuro/bioethics. Amy is now working on her honors thesis. 

*Amy has now graduated from UCSB. She will be working for an AAPI focused non-profit for Summer 2022, and working as a medical assistant at a local clinic, while applying for medical school.
