Jinglin He

Jinglin is a double major in Economics and PBS, and a minor in Applied Psychology. She was born and raised in China. Her interests include adult development and aging, adult attachment, and marital satisfaction. She is especially interested in the behavioral and experiential domains of close relationships. In the TALE Lab, she is working on a manuscript exploring how 'we-ness' in relationship stories, or expressing that oneself is part of a unit in a relationship versus an individual in a relationship is beneficial for relationship satisfaction. In UCSB, she had been worked as a stigma fighter of mental health for two years, focusing on mental health intervention. She has been trained as a Mental Health First Aider and is currently working as director of the advocated program of Active Minds in UCSB.

*Jinglin was a member of the TALE lab from Fall 2019 to Spring 2020. She is working on her Master's degree at the University of Columbia's SPS's Applied Analytics Program.
